A familiar face for Bond 25.
Over the course of the Bond franchise, film fans are used to seeing certain characters returning to help 007. Of course, there's M, Q, Moneypenny and villains like Blofeld and Jaws, and Mr. White, but it's rare to see a Bond girl reprising her role.
Well, that trend appears to be changing because Deadline have reported that the director of Bond 25, Cary Joji Fukunaga, has cast Spectre actress Lea Seydoux in the next Bond film.
The French star will join regular 007 cast members Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw and Naomie Harris, and of course, Daniel Craig.

In case you need a quick reminder, Seydoux played psychiatrist Dr Madeleine Swann in Spectre.

Swann works at an Austrian clinic and has a romantic affair with Bond. At the end of that film, after Blofeld (Christoph Waltz) is arrested by the police, Bond leaves the scene with his new romantic interest.
If this news is confirmed, the star of The Lobster and The Grand Budapest Hotel will be the first Bond girl to reprise a role in a film since Maud Adams who played different characters (i.e. Andrea Anders in 1974’s The Man With The Golden Gun; the title character in 1983’s Octopussy in 1983 and she made a cameo in A View to a Kill)
Provided everything goes according to plan, Bond 25 will begin filming in London at Pinewood Studios on 4 March 2019, with a target release date of 14 February 2020.
